I try to push through the darkness, and find you
but all that love is behind me now
I escaped you through the moving van, and ran across boarder lines
and still your memory remains deep inside my heart and soul
you always left me feeling alone…when I needed your touch you were never there
through the hospital stay, and the lines in my veins keeping me alive…
I still cried out your name…
You left a blackness inside my heart. like stain, keeping me chained to you
a feeling that even death cannot erase….
